For every $40 spent, you can redeem 40 points (equivalent to HKD $1), which can be used for your next purchase, with no minimum spending requirement.
You can use a maximum of 4000 points per transaction.
Referring a friend will earn you 800 points, and the invited person must spend at least HKD $200 for the reward to be granted to both parties.
All points and redeemed discount codes must be used within 6 months, or they will reset.

By making a purchase, you agree to buy the items at the specified price. Once submitted, the order cannot be canceled, even if it hasn't been accepted or rejected by us.

All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless out of stock.

The pricing currency for this website is HKD. Any foreign exchange rates provided are for reference only and should not be considered the final payment amount. All transactions will be settled in HKD.
Prices are based on the order summary at the time of placing the order and are not subject to changes after the order is completed.
We reserve the right to adjust prices for products sold on the website at any time.
All orders will only be shipped after we confirm receipt of payment.

Since processing fees are charged by payment platforms or credit card companies, we will not refund any processing fees in case of order cancellation or refunds.

Default shipping method is "SF Express Cash-on-Delivery." Free shipping is available for purchases totaling HKD $1,200 or more.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Estimated shipping times or delivery dates provided by postal or courier services are for reference only and may vary due to different factors.
If incorrect information is provided (such as wrong delivery address or contact details), additional shipping costs may apply.
If delivery cannot be arranged within 30 days after the delivery notification due to incorrect information, unpaid fees, or no response to delivery arrangements, the customer will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited the order, and no refunds will be provided.
For original box orders, unless specified otherwise, items will be shipped in their original packaging. If extra packaging is requested, please indicate this in the order notes; however, additional costs may arise due to increased size/weight.
If an order is returned to us after shipping for any reason, shipping fees already paid to the carrier will not be refunded.
Customers may request additional insurance for their shipment; please inquire for quotes (if applicable).
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit.

Orders can be shipped via SF Express Cash-on-Delivery.
Shipping fees are to be paid to SF Express upon pickup.

Overseas shipments (including Macau) sent via SF Express may be subject to inspection.

Overseas orders incur additional shipping fees. These will be charged separately from the order amount.
Customers are advised to contact us for inquiries before placing overseas orders.

Orders will be shipped once shipping options are confirmed and fees are collected.
All international mail will be declared based on the order value.

International mail may be subject to customs or government inspection, and we are not responsible for any damages, additional costs, or taxes incurred during shipping.
Customers may choose to ship to a local forwarding company in Hong Kong. Our default shipping method for local mail is SF Cash-on-Delivery. Customers should check with the forwarding company if they accept cash-on-delivery arrangements; otherwise, contact us in advance for alternative arrangements. For any mail sent to the forwarding address provided by the customer, after it arrives at that Hong Kong address, we will be considered to have fulfilled all responsibilities.

We will place orders with the relevant suppliers/stores upon receiving your order.
The actual arrival date for pre-orders, orders, and purchased products may vary based on supplier arrangements or logistics status; estimated arrival dates listed on the website are for reference only.
Please be patient after placing an order for pre-orders, orders, and purchases; we will arrange shipping once items arrive.
Unless specified, pre-orders, orders, and purchases may be affected by supplier allocation or order cancellation.
If any purchased items are out of stock, we will deduct them from the order and provide a refund.
