Delivery - General Information

  • The default shipping method is "SF Express Cash-on-Delivery." Free shipping is available for purchases totaling HKD $1,200 or more.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the package.
  • Estimated shipping times or delivery dates provided by the courier are for reference only; actual shipping times may vary due to different factors.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Delivery - Hong Kong and Macau

  • Items will be shipped via SF Express. Shipping fees are collected by SF Express and are to be paid upon pickup.
  • Local Pickup/Other - Please inquire about delivery or pickup details.

Delivery - Overseas

  • Overseas orders incur additional shipping fees, which are charged separately from the order amount.
  • For overseas shipping, we recommend that customers contact us for inquiries before placing an order.
  • The default shipping method is Hongkong Post.
  • International mail may be subject to inspection by customs or government personnel during transit. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or additional costs/taxes incurred during shipping.
